Comfortable beds but challenges remain

The hotel had comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast was decent, and the rooms were spacious enough for our needs.

However, the cleanliness of our room was a concern. The comforter had stains, and the bathroom ventilation seemed inadequate. A warm shower would have been nice too!

The room had a strong odor likely from smoking, and the breakfast options were extremely limited, with broken appliances. The friendly reception made the experience a bit better.

The staff's friendliness truly stood out, providing assistance with a smile! The location was super convenient—only 10-15 minutes to downtown, surrounded by shops and restaurants.

On the downside, cleanliness left much to be desired. some areas felt neglected, and the smell in the corridors was uninviting! Noise was an issue too, keeping me awake at night.

I was blown away by the service, especially from the guy at the front desk, Jeremy. He was super nice and gave us great advice while making sure we were taken care of, really felt like I was treated like a king!

Numerous issues impacted the experience, starting with the absence of a TV remote that wasn't resolved despite my request. The presence of red splatter throughout my room raised concerns, and even after learning it was from a painter, it felt unsettling. The lack of ventilation in the bathrooms led to noticeable mold, and the carpeting had a musty odor that was hard to ignore. Electrical safety was a worry too, with a faulty hair dryer plug, and general cleanliness left much to be desired, including old stains and damp carpet. Lastly, the overall security felt compromised due to a broken entrance door, which too many guests could access uninvited.

The King Room was super comfy with a cozy bed and fresh towels. The bathroom had good shower pressure and toiletries included. Staff was helpful and made check-in easy. Breakfast had eggs and biscuits plus typical continental options. The location was convenient with restaurants within walking distance. Wifi was solid too!
